The Legion wins this and he has a number of ways of doing it. Doesn't Matter if the Darkness has demon army behind him. Legion's subconscious personality with his reality warping powers put the universe in a box. Just with Reality warping alone Legion wins this fight. He could simply unmake the Darkness.
@Fist_of_Mandalore: When did this happen? That's PIS, Jackie had to be taught how to turn his darklings into water. He didn't know that automatically. 200 years in the future Jackie took over the world using the the full power of the darkness. Even at Jackie's best he is planetary not universal.
