The green guy is an Skrill (alien race) and the masked one is Zardor (another alien who is used by the Skrill to attack WW).

It will collect the 2 arcs, so it will be 6 issues (60 pages). But Andy Mangels stated on facebook that it will feature a piece by him, some sort of article, I guess.

Also, it's probably not actually the '74 WW, just based on that. She has superpowers, while Cathy Lee Crosby's WW did not. Also, Kaz Garas played Steve Trevor, and curiously he appeared on one episode of the 3rd season of the show, with the mustache.

And this Hippolyta is based on Lynda Carter nowadays.

Sadly, the next issues will be drawn by Matt Haley, not Jason Badower.

I believe David is starting to be late. Not months late, but since April and May will be Convergence, they pushed issue #40 to the original date of the annual, and the annual to June.
