@speckoh: Her waist was as tiny as it seemed. The swimsuit down below is open on the back and you can see there's no corset. Any padding on the costume was just to make the structure better and not seem ill-fitting.

They talked with her about playing Hippolyta but her singing tour schedule prevented it. The same happened for Supergirl, they actually wanted her in Season 1.

Apparently Patty Jenkins and her also keep in touch, Patty even mentioned that they find hilarious that they share the same birthday.

Now both the "Why wasn't she asked? That's outrageous!" and the "That's a terrible idea!" sides can shut up.

No thanks. I don't like this lady, and he ignorant stance on Gal not being fit to play Wonder Woman because she's not American will make sure Gal fights her tooth and nail on this.

She's ignorant. Give it to a relevant actor who isn't an idiot.

You're the ignorant, pal. Lynda only said she was surprised they didn't cast an american.

Lynda's message to Gal when she accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge was "now we're sisters in this".

Also, not Paula von Gunther. It's Fausta.

The pages weren't loading and I saw the comments first... I was worried Andreyko was using all the villains at once... but at least it's just Psycho putting them on Diana's mind. Also explains why the blonde WW is there.

The green guy is an Skrill (alien race) and the masked one is Zardor (another alien who is used by the Skrill to attack WW).

F**KING FINALLY! Well atleast now I know why the first issue of WW77 is gonna cost 8 bucks, I guess they plan on putting in 8-9 issues of digital first stuff.

It will collect the 2 arcs, so it will be 6 issues (60 pages). But Andy Mangels stated on facebook that it will feature a piece by him, some sort of article, I guess.

Also, it's probably not actually the '74 WW, just based on that. She has superpowers, while Cathy Lee Crosby's WW did not. Also, Kaz Garas played Steve Trevor, and curiously he appeared on one episode of the 3rd season of the show, with the mustache.

And this Hippolyta is based on Lynda Carter nowadays.

Sadly, the next issues will be drawn by Matt Haley, not Jason Badower.

I just noticed that Wonder Woman #40 got pushed to April 1st

http://www.dccomics.com/comics/wonder-woman-2011/wonder-woman-40

I believe David is starting to be late. Not months late, but since April and May will be Convergence, they pushed issue #40 to the original date of the annual, and the annual to June.

It comes back April 1st, Andreyko said so in his twitter.

I believe it will be another 3 issue arc, then in the 4th week the print version comes out collecting the 2 arcs.

I don't know why they are making it like this.
