@justiceteen: It seems like the movie is falling the animated movie. And the reason for the movie be set in WW1 is becusce of Captain America was set in WW2.
I feel like following that failed logic will leave a good question unanswered like; Why didn't she fight in WW2? Because thanks to BM V SM we know she stayed in man's world. Despite her saying she turned her back on man's world after the world but choose help SM and BM, in a battle that was less devastating than the war.
If all her friends die in WWI, would she come back for WWII?
So far DC has announced Vixen and Ryan Choi as members so far... very interested to see who the other members will be. I'm just glad that this team looks to have a completely different roster than the proper Justice League title!
Also really happy that they got Ivan Reis on JLA, that dude really deserves to be put on high profile books!
@dondave: i think this actually confirms infinity finale is in continuity... thanos references the LT as being blind as a newborn or whatever, hinting at it being warlock... i think its an artists mistake.
Infinity Finale is set after the current MU. For example Annihilus is still alive in the current MU despite being killed and Mephisto hasn't had his mouth removed in the MU either.
As much as I love this series I don't see why they went back to Thanos craving power, that hasn't been a part of his MO since Marvel: The End. There's also the fact that this takes place before Infinity: Finale and as we see in it; he is very much in love with Death.
@dondave: That makes no sense, and WB obviously doesn't care because there are multiple Jokers and Banes. And this is not Slades' story.
That is my point. They've been cycling through the same Bat Villains. They've now decided to buck that trend and everyone is upset. Who said it was Slade's story? It was you who brought up telling Mr Freeze's story; they can choose to do that with Slade if they want to but it's not necessary.
