The op doesnt state that this is a fight to the death. Blade doesnt completely outclass Batman despite being physically superior, they are also both "semi prepared" and they're in Gotham an area Bruce would have the advantage in. I think thats more than enough to grant him a win here.

Yeah, it was never really made clear because Thanos never attacked the tribunal directly (I believe the writers let it this way on purpose). The LV must probably be looked at as TOAA's field officer.
