I'm not the only one who thinks that Huntress would be an awesome Outlaw! Love the list.

@neonpheonix: Her, Rose Wilson, or Cheshire could all have made better outlaws than Starfire. Pretty much any female character in the street level-metahuman range could have done the trick. I liked RHATO but it was difficult to find balanced villains for that team to fight, considering most of Jason and Roy's rogues could be vaporized by Starfire in under a milisecond.
