I trust Mr. Campbell. He can make a good Bond film, and I think he will be able to make a good super hero film. If the execs at Warner's are excited about it, I'm thinking that they've seen something that we haven't yet.
I still feel that Final Crisis was a waste of time. If somebody can tell me the point of it, besides killing off Bruce Wayne, then please do. Although I am glad that Morrison brought back Barry Allen; other I wouldn't have my currently favorite title "The Flash" by Geoff Johns.
I feel a lot better about this. I imagine they will do some hair coloring...but if they're following the ultimate storyline, then she isn't a love interest till way later, right?
So, I'm wondering what the purpose of Final Crisis was. It was far too abstract for me and I felt very cheated in the end. If someone could explain why this event was so important to the DCU (besides the death of Bruce Wayne), it would be much appreciated.
I really agree that it's an amazing thing that they're using Geoff Johns' run for the storyline. As for Reynolds' acting ability, I trust Martin Campbell and his team. They did such a brilliant job with Casino Royale, I really can't see this going wrong.
