The nearly-omniscient Old One is a good Lovecraftian addition to the wider Marvel Universe. His ability to manipulate magic on a planetary scale would be enough to make him formidable but his telepathy is what makes him nearly invincible.
Among the best depictions of a mentat in a non-Dune setting.
I think her verbal sparring with Annika makes for great comedy.
Scrooge is my favorite Disney character because of his high intelligence, adaptability to situations and learning skills allowing him to eventually beat opponents at their own game. Add a complex backstory and involved relationships with multiple characters and there is enough material for limitless stories there.
Montgomery has enough wit and skills to stay ahead of the business game for quite a long time, combined with a wicked sense of humor. He is excellent.
Lisa seems to be a rare brilliant mind in a frustratingly ignorant world. I think the Simpsons work best as a tragicomedy seen through her eyes.
I didn't care much for Pinky but Brain is always reliable to find the most over-the-top ways to reach power and have the most frustrating defeats imaginable. The guy is the true comedian of the duo.
A charming appearance and amorous passion brought down by his blindness to his one flaw, his smell. Pepe is the Looney Tune you could best sympathize with.
The main romantic lead in Pepe's films, Penelope has rarely returned his passion. But when she does, see sparks fly.
My favorite enemy of Scrooge McDuck because she keeps improving and forces him to improve and adapt as well. Also the enemy whose personality is best explored. She has gained her own supporting cast over the years.
