The villains are planning to steal Surfer's cosmic powers in order to enhance their mutant powers.  
They have full knowldge on Surfer's powers.  
Surfer is in character.  
Team composes of: Apocalypse, Full powered Cable, Magneto, Mr. Sinister, and Proteus 
Starts in Genosha. 
Who wins?

Occupation: Bug and Biology major. Has high knowledge in forensic science, psychology, physical, and computers. Known to invent things.
Education: Private tutoring.
Gender: Male/Female. Can change sexes.
Ethnicity: Caucasion
Height: 6' 
Weight: 180 without exoskeleton, 250 with exoskeleton.
Eye Color: Crystal blue.
Hair: Red/black 
Unique Features: Facial structure.
Bio: Born in Nazi Germany, 1943 (Fetus). Officially borned in 1992. Adopted by foster parents, has always had a connection to bugs such as butterflies. Foster parents died one day to a neo nazis that came looking for him. In his confusion, he killed them by calling upon killer bees. Completely dismayed, has ran away from home. Fainted due to stress, insects flew him into the wilderness in africa. A scientist whom is the son of Hitler helped him unravel the mysteries of who he is and why he can do what he does. He then swears to kill all neo nazis and make sure everyone in the world feels how unfair it was he has been treated. After learning all he can from the scientist, he kills him. Then becomes a villain.

Powers/Abilities:  Eric has the psionic ability to control and manipulate insects and parasites to his will. Summoning legions of ants, swarming a city with Locusts, call forth female No-See-Ums to suck blood and create proteins with it to create eggs, summon multiple Cicadas to produce loud noises that are dangerous to human ears, Termites to eat wood, Desert Locuses to eat crops and vegetables, spying and gathering information with his bugs. He also possess the ability to change his physiology to any insect he wants and gain their abilities as well in the process (Hercules Beetle for strength; Lifting 850x the body weight ect). He possess the ability to transform his body into an exoskeleton, insect mimicry, ability to communicate with insects, and an accelerated healing factor.

Strength: Can lift up 100.25 tons (Hercules Beetles can lift up 850x it's own body weight)
Durability: Exoskeleton can take multiple shots from Ak-74s at close range, flight up to 300 mph, protects the real body from heavy damage, and accelerates and speeds up the healing factor. Without the exoskeleton, Olympic level durabiity (Remember, he can still use his powers to change his abilities and physiology).
Speed: Can leap a 690 foot building (Froghopper, http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/photos/animal-records-gallery/#/froghopper_5812_600x450.jpg), can run up to 750 mph (300 in this case)(http://goodheartextremescience.wordpress.com/2010/03/26/the-creature-that-runs-so-fast-it-goes-blind/)
Reaction speed: 2300 times faster than the blink of the human eye (mandibles of the trap-jaw ant Odontomachus hastatus)
Sight: Nearly 360 degrees vision (Horse fly)  
Lifespan: Over 1000s of years (Queen of Termites. http://www.tutztutz.com/2008/02/10-most-unique-insects/ This ability cannot be turned off.) 
Healing Factor: Regeneration of lost limbs (Stick Insect)  
And alot more powers.  

Feats
1. Calls upon plagues of Locusts to invade New York.
2. Can send microscopic insects to fly into the enemy carring the egg of Insectoid. Within 1 weeks time, will hatch into another Insectoid retaining the mind and memories of the old one as well as full conscienceness and soul.
3. Exoskeleton is linked to a supercomputer in Nazi Germany that can access secret files of any nation. Can steal knowledge, funds, information, ect.
4. Carries 100s of microscopic nanomites in exoskeleton. Even carries eggs of various insects and insects themselves.
5. With use of Psychology, has manipulated the presidents body guards into attempting to kill each other.
6. Controlled and manipulated gigantic worms (Similar to the giant in Gears of War 2) of the underground to sink enitre cities.
7. Has an emotional and telepathic connection with insects. Can choose to turn these abilites off however. No limit to distance (Across the world)
8. Has commanded legions of insects to fly 50 people.
9. Used insects to shield himself, act as limbs, and do whatever he wants them to do. WILL rush to help him if he's in danger.
11. Has hundreds of female insects that can fly go inside a being and lay eggs inside them. Then Isectoid uses other insects physiology to speed up the hatching process (1 minute)
12. Transformed China into a barren wasteland with 0 population (Humans and animals) within 1 hour.
