Cosmic Kids
Of course lots of kids in comics have special powers, but these are characters for which I particularly associate their powers with the fact that they're children -- either they inherited/developed their powers at an early age, or they've been consistently portrayed as children (versus other characters who seem to age into at least their late teens/twenties as stories progress), or for whom part of the narrative is that they have to wrestle with being very powerful at a very young age.
I can imagine them as a a team, a sort of young version of the Illuminati...certainly they couldn't do any worse than the adults are depicted doing in comics...
