Not tough enough to fight an adult xenomorph directly, but his "liquid" form is more than durable enough to "harvest" facehuggers. He triggers their release from the eggs, then contains them in his fluid form until they can be destroyed.
He's also an effective scout, able to quickly dissolve in order to escape direct conflict, and benefits from not giving off pheromones in his liquid form, making him more difficult for xenomorphs to detect.

Lacking any normal anatomy, resistant to most attacks, and with a tremendous ability to recover from wounds, Apocalypse is essentially invulnerable to facehuggers, and powerful enough to fight adult xenomorphs head on.
His shape changing and control over his cellular structure also allow him to fight the xenomorphs indirectly, giving him the option of out-maneuvering them.

Without a solid physical form, it is all but impossible for the xenomorphs to hurt her. Exposure to their acidic blood is unpleasant for her, but it can be purged from her form without any real damage.
Although she's not powerful enough to destroy an adult xenomorph directly, she is effective for scouting and creating diversions,and, of course, especially valuable in aquatic settings.

By fully covering her body (including her face) in her armor she is essentially invulnerable to facehuggers, and the regenerating nature of her armor makes it resistant to the acidic xenomorph blood. In fact, having fought them several times, she has adapted her armor to shed their blood immediately, like the proverbial "water off a ducks back," although this may have detrimental effects of people and objects around her. Obviously, the armor also protects from some of the raw physical force of xenomorph attacks.
In addition, her blades are capable of cutting a xenomorph to pieces over time.
All of that being said, Argent is much less damage resistant to many of the others on the squad. She may be able to match an adult xenomorph one-to-one, but would be overpowered facing a group.

Being made of non-organic matter, Blok is essentially immune to facehuggers. His raw strength and durability allow him to face adult xenomorphs directly without fear of serious consequences.
The xenomorphs,however, are significantly faster than Blok. This is less of a limitation for him then it might be, since xenomorphs tend to attack head on, rather than avoid confrontation. In fact, during battles he can often be found under a pile of xenomorphs, slowly working his way through them.

Lacking any normal anatomy, Metamorpho is all but invulnerable to attacks by facehuggers. In addition, his ability to transform to gas or liquid states makes it all but impossible for adult xenomorphs to hurt him.
His most effective attack against xenomorphs is to turn to a gas, move into their brains and turn to lead, causing instant death. This has the advantage of not releasing any of their acidic blood, which isn't a threat to Metamorpho, but might be for others.

As a being composed purely of energy, Quislet is largely immune to any physical threat the xenomorphs might pose, although he protects his "ship" out for the sake of convenience.
Although Quislet's powers won't directly effect organic matter, including the xenomorphs, it can use its powers to create weapons or restraints to use against the xenomorphs.

Just in general, plastic man is all but invulnerable to most purely physical attacks, and this includes anything facehuggers or adult xenomorphs might attempt, including their acidic blood.
Plastic man isn't powerful enough to destroy adult xenomorphs directly, but can distract or restrain them.

Has abilities similar to, but even more advanced then his father, plastic man.

With her original powers Photon can take on a pure energy form, making her immune to physical harm, and can do a lot of damage, making her more then capable of destroying xenomorphs.

As a being of pure energy, able to stand up Doomsday, Radiant is immune to most physical attacks, and capable of doing a lot of damage.
