@archizoom: Superman's got 6 or 7 solo books where every month he achieves all sorts of extraordinary things, he's glorified to the absolute extreme in Justice League comics and novels,he built a replica of the freaking miracle machine after glimpsing at the prototype, learnt brain surgery in 10 minutes, Superman's the guy who can change the world so Superman can afford to share the spotlight with the Justice League once in a while. Wonder Woman on the other hand is always chopped liver next to Superman she's pretty much doomed to play second string so at least in her eponymous book, the only one she's got, I would very much love to see Wonder Woman excel and finally shine on her own.

Can you sound anymore jealous and bitter? Maybe if people were more interested in Wonder Woman she would have more books and be proven to support that much. Yet the years of doing it your way suggest other otherwise. Superman has those books because he does. Batman gets even more because he's more liked and been proven a better commodity then both of them. Which is why he gets fan service and books. Also lets be honest here a good portion of why Superman is held to the top in story is because that is part of his character theme. To be the ultimate which is separate issue from why he gets more books.

I've also applied some of those complaints you had for WW to SUperman.

Those antagonist being more powerful than her. Those same ones I would say should be more powerful than Superman.

Her having help to defeating them. I say Superman would be pretty stupid if he didn't get help.

I forget were there more?

I guess what matters to you is fan service and feats over story because if you're honest she isn't being downplayed.

I get you prefer the old WW to the new. I get that you want the old one back. I'll even say you're entitled not liking the story but the claims you're making about the new 52 character, the story are way off base and it just comes off as bitter.

The poll has spoken. Otto brought something different to the table, and people are going to miss that....

Looks like someone's a sore loser ;)

Please give it 2 months, and nobody will ever care about this pointless story arc.

Only time will tell

Not to get into anyones fight. Everyone is entitled to their opinion buuuuutt Peter fans are hardly the loser considering they got their character back. I'd trade a poll that only counts a limited number of opinions for that anyday... ,p

<------Tears of Joy

So because the poll didn't give you the results "YOU" wanted, you can complain and write it off that it proves nothing, and suddenly you don't respect it or treat it seriously. -_-........

That's a ridiculous accusation. I've always said the same thing about every poll no matter what it's about or if I agree with it. I'm curious what have I said that was directed towards the results that can be defined as complaining? I'm also curious how you can make this supposed claim that I've suddenly had a change of heart when it comes to polls like you've seen some history of me and my opinion on polls.

Face it you have no credibility here.

Perhaps it's just something you would like to think because the poll results is somehow comforting to you now Spock is gone? It would certainly explain why your jimmies have been rustled so much. Seriously I had no idea i'd get such a reaction. The thought that anyone would take any poll as indicative of the majority of opinions of anything other than the small group of people who voted seems odd to me. Which is why I chose a silly picture and tried to be light hearted in my reply.

So lets for argument sake it does mean something......... Like I said before I'd still give you the poll in exchange for having Peter back like we now do.

Which is my point. From my perspective I hardly see how Peter fans are the losers in this.

Having the character I we want>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>any poll results

Maybe you feel the same and that's the real reason you seem so mad?

Huntress might die: I'm glad maybe they will bring back Bertinelli.

New Superman: Wish he went with a symbol representing his own house but at least he has a different costume. Though I'm not digging the baby blue.

Dr Fate's helmet: I hope that doesn't mean he's going to die, lose his powers or give up.

I wish they would go back to focusing on the other characters instead of the ones connected to Superman and Batman.

Everyone who hated this arc because it wasn't Peter as Spider-Man, please just stop whining. Otto, while he was a jerk, and I wanted to reach in the comic and punch him in the face, he was a compelling character. I love Peter, but it was so nice to have a new spin on the web-slinger. It has opened new possibilities for us to explore in Spider-Man's world. It was a shake up that was needed. Yes, Peter will always be Spider-Man, but SpOck will always have a special place in my heart as an arrogant hero and a sympathetic villain.

People expressing their opinion on a subject = bad whining.

People expressing their opinion on other people's opinions that differ from theirs = good whining.

ok got it.

People dont get a certain thing......

THIS IS NOT SPIDER-MAN!!!!

Will you miss the d-bag ness of Otto?...good for you,but if you PREFER him instead of Peter, you DONT like Spider-man and what makes the character who he is!!!!.....

It's simple,really!

IKR. It wasn't a story about Spider-Man. It was a story about Doc Ock in Spider-Man's body. Too many people pay attention to the mask like that's the character and not the man underneath.

@dernman: really? she seems as smart as 10 year old to me and Wonder Woman beat a full blooded god, her sister Artemis. Villains are exceedingly powerful so Heroes seem fabulously glorious once they overcome them but Wonder Woman never will and there lies the problem. She basically marshalled an army of powerful allies and together they will defeat her enemy.

I think you're seeing something that isn't there.

So? and who is to say I agreed with that?

Yes but there are many ways to do so. It doesn't mean she has to be stronger do it on her own. Like Darkseid to Superman. I can consider Darkseid among Superman's rogues but I believe should generally take the entire league to defeat. In fact I wouldn't mind them making some more of them more powerful depending on who they are.

I don't see that as a bad thing considering who her antagonists are..
