@dernman: I based this off of the internet wrestling community and people who think tv 14,ass and tits and blood would make wrestling great again.Dont forget more cussing
See thats the problem. I've seen just as many smarks argue against those things.
Further more there is nothing wrong with tv 14. I'd rather have that then being regulated only to PG that limits so much.
Any problems with T&A, blood and cussing didn't come from the T&A and blood cussing. The problems came when that's all there was.
The problem is limitations and pigeonholing. Do you run the risk of doing that with tv 14 maybe but with PG it automatically happens.
That's what happened when WWE became a PG corporate publicly funded company.

You say a smark is a person calling for those things yet you fail to realize a smark can also be someone saying it should stay the way it is.
Smark is a behavior not certain ideas.

Also you realize that all those indi obsessed fans that you mentioned? They're anti steroid. THat they reject those huge slow power wrestler that usually get accused of taking them. Like Brock Lesnar. They like the smaller more agile ones.
G-Man has his own Comic Blog now. He post regularly there. Sadly it doesn't have the community forum like ComicVine does though he has a comment section for his articles
@lvenger: One thing he said that i've been waiting for a long time to hear is this.
"I have a lot of goals for Superman, one of which is to help turn Metropolis into something as provocative and unique as Gotham City is," Bendis explained. "I think everyone will agree Gotham is one of the most built and best places in all of fictional cities, and Metropolis should follow suit. So Action Comics and DC Nation will be the first hints at how we're going to be building up Metropolis. Both in people and in culture, it'll be more than just the place Superman lives. We'll be taking a good look at a lot of place we haven't looked at before."
heh Hearing those words finally spoken but it coming from Mr. Hit and Miss is.........
Yeah Jean should have stayed dead, there are enough deaths in comics that don't stick and Jean at least came back only to die again. Plus there's already a Jean Grey in the Marvel Universe thanks to the time displaced X-Men.
Granted if there was one character that it would be ok to come back it would be her. She has a fundamental reason too with the whole Phoenix thing.
