Just out of curiosity, Superman's powers continue to grow due to his exposure of yellow sun rays, correct? Will he gain new powers, such as in AS Superman? But why does the scan show the Green Lantern(Alan Scott) stating that Superman is in fact the most powerful being on Earth. It's obvious that he's the strongest, but maybe there is a reason that they are mentioning him as the most powerful. Maybe they know he will continually get stronger due to the sun rays and become more powerful.

Unfortunately, you're wrong. Clark saw the light from Jimmy's camera coming towards him slowly. Now I'm not saying he's faster than the speed of light but the fact is Clark stood there while the light was coming towards him and then easily ran out of the way. The picture would have never caught him if he didn't stand still to look at Jimmy. Get your facts straight.
And yes, there is an episode where Clark starts to put his image out as the Red/Blue Blur by running around Metropolis slow enough so that the camera's can barely catch him as a blur, hence the "Blur". Also, in Season 9, when Clark saves Ollie and Lois from a bullet flying towards them, he has the time to slowly walk and casually grab it out of the air like it was nothing, all the while, nobody has noticed his presence(except for Ollie). I am pretty sure Bart is a LOT faster than that. Even Clark at the end of Season 9 is probably faster than Daphne.

You know whats funny, he keeps bringing up Clark being caught on camera, but if you actually watch an episode of smallville for once, there was a conversation between Clark and Chloe and how he had to slow down so much just so the camera's could get a shot of him because he wanted to get his image out (Red/Blue blur). Also when Jimmy got a picture of Clark, he was standing still, and saw the light flashing towards him, he wasn't moving.
