Thor could've easily replicated what Iron man had done and possibly in a quicker fashion.

@JediWaffles: Lmao, no it's dumbells, that's ridiculous. It's definitely a barbell with a 1 rep max.

@The_Thunderer: YOU, no, I know what it is to put work in and a bunch of nerds commenting on comic are not these types of athletes, see how very few people have put themselves below average, well 50% of people are below average, Its easy to sit at a computer and write BS, but I know it is lies.

Look: Bench 1000kg

Squat: 1500kg

Deadlift: 2000kg

Martial arts experience: 200 years of training for 18 different militaries, world best in 324 martial arts

Best Feat: Destroyed a tank with a karate chop.

SEE, ITS BS

Bud, you've evidently never stepped foot into a gym before. What I can do PALES in comparison to the majority of guys I work out with. Have you ever seen people work out? All that I've said is average of one whose stuck around in a physical life-style. It's not anywhere close to being uncommon.

Everything you stated is completely ridiculous. Quickly pointing out, a 1 rep max means lifting the heaviest weight you possibly can ONCE and with struggle. I'm not bragging, it's quite unimpressive compared to a lot of people. I trained in boxing since I was a kid, unusual? Absolutely not, others have engaged in other forms of martial arts. I've recently taken up brazilian jiu-jitsu. Am I good at it? Hell no.

So stop attempting to over-exaggerate things when clearly anything I've done is easily accomplished by one who has engaged in sports or been in the gym for a few years.

@troller: I am indeed having fun with my life, you should do so with yours as well instead of accusing others. If you don't care, don't respond in the first place.

@troller: Haha, I care little for what you believe. I have no reason to lie, I have nothing nor anyone to impress. I merely speak for myself from what I've done in my average 20 years engaging in sports and remaining active. I'm not pretending to some expert martial artist, I merely gauge the activities in which I've participated in.

@steelhound56: Wicked stuff man, good to hear you're keeping yourself in shape. What position did you play?

Hmm, I'd have to say either between Shang-Chi or Batman.

Height: 6'4

Weight: 180 lbs

Skills: Took boxing for 12 years, practiced tae-kwon do for a few years, trained jiu-jitsu for almost a year now. Record for boxing before I stopped was 17-9 (Amateur boxing)

Strength: Since losing weight and my leave from football, I've lost over 60 lbs so my strength has dropped significantly but I still can out-lift the majority of my friends who still play football. I've started to focus vastly on body-weight and compound movements more so than ever such as pull-ups, chin-ups, clap push-ups, dips, etc

Note: The following are my 1-2 rep max's unless stated otherwise

  • Bench-press: 285 lbs
  • Squat: 375 lbs
  • Clean press- 225 lbs
  • Curls- 135 lbs
  • Weighted pull-ups: 3 sets of 10 with an extra 50 lbs via weight belt

Speed/Agility: Have never been a long-distance sprinter lacking both the cardio and endurance, but I always excelled at short extreme bursts of speed and took home a few medals for 100m sprints.

Have only been in 2-3 fight "street" fights in my life un-willingly and taken out a group of 3 guys by myself when they ambushed me in the school hallways.
