LMAO. Well is Syphilis is a bacteria, and can be taken out with antibiotics. Sidious may overlook the ulcers, chancres, and lesions because his skin is already mess up. If he does ignore the symptoms he could die in 10-30 years. Even if his current body become too infected he could transfer his escence to another body and be just fine.

Either way Sidious wins.

Halloween is coming up, and often times different channels will play different scary movies to meet the occasion. Which begs the question, "what are your favorite and least favorite scary movies?"

For me, nothing beats a good zombie movie! I like all of Romero's of the (Living) Dead movies. I also like the 28 Days/Weeks Later movies, though victims of a Rage Virus are not actually zombies in my book. My favorite is probably the 2004 Dawn of the Dead remake. I also love the Walking Dead TV series. Besides zombie movies, my number 1 has to be The Thing (the original and yes I'm going to see the remake). If you haven't seen The Thing with Kurt Russell I HIGHLY reconmend seeing it! It is old school special effects at their best.

My least favorite scary movies include Friday the 13th (all), Nightmare on Elm Street movie (except the original), Halloween (all). I hate them, but unfortunately they're not going anywhere.

Depends what do you mean fairing up the tax code? Are you with Obama asking the millionairs to pay their fair share? Or with the Republicans telling you how the top 5% pays 58% of the taxes in this country already? Either way the Tax code is broke, the IRS is corrupt and the entire system is dirty.

Monster Java is good. It will give you a boost, but it goes down as smooth as ice coffee.

Red Bull is good for more than just Jägerbombs ;)  On the down side they're really expensive.

Lastly, NOS is pretty good.

@TheJeffHimself: I like the idea of anarchy but given human nature it would cause the extinction of the human race in under a month

@joshmightbe: Yeah, humanity definitely isn't ready for it yet but I'm hopeful some day maybe we will be.

It would be nice if we could, but if even one person breaks the social norms it's all over. This peaceful paradise doesn't even happen in nature. Some carnivore is always trying to eat another animal. Violence is found in all animal life. We're animals and we'll never be as peaceful as the plants.

I don't mind that you have you views either, and you are certainly entitled to them.

You blame those companies for getting the money. I blame the government for giving the money. People are free to rise to the top in our country (assuming you are from the US). I think there is a happy medium, though I think it is closer to the Capitalistic side. In some instances without any oversight the rich will put the poor in an inescapable situation. However, total socialism will never work either because eventually you will run out of everyone else’s money, and the system will fail. Both extremes are bad, but we favor a side.

Well, at the risk of getting hacked by a bunch of internet bullies, or at the very least ridiculed for “being blind” by some of the more Liberal/Socialist members of this site I'll state my beliefs. I’m a Conservative, a registered Republican (however, not a fan of everything they do, or the stupid Washington games they play), and a fan of Capitalism. I have a job I like, I like the stuff I buy, and want to buy more stuff like a new used vehicle, guns, new video games, a dog, and a house. I don’t much like the idea of Socialism because I feel people should be self-reliant and pay for their own wants and needs. I’m not against taxes, because we need money to run the Government, and maintain and improve our infrastructure. I work hard for my money, and I don’t mind the government taking some of it to keep the rule of law, and do its job. However, I don’t want my money that they take to be given to people who aren’t smart enough to plan for their future, or are too lazy to take care of themselves. I don’t think all welfare type systems should be completely abolished, but I am sick of seeing those systems abused on a daily basis. I don’t blame the people on welfare; I blame the government for giving them free money and making them dependent upon a Socialist system. I think it is better for people to donate and be charitable, than to have an overpowered government take your money just to give it to undeserving idiots.

This latest Occupy Wall Street is happening because a lot of people are pissed at the banks for taking tax money to stay afloat, and not giving back. The 99% want the 1% to give them money. Believe me; I am pissed off too, but apparently not for the same reason. Most people are pissed they’re not giving the money back. I don’t blame the banks because they were given free money, just like I don’t blame the people on welfare. Why work for your money when the government gives it to you for nothing? I blame the government for giving the banks all that tax money in the first place! It was Socialism for the rich! I want Socialism for (just about) NO ONE!

p.s. If you live in the U.S. and don't like Capitalism you can move! Hell, even Canada would be a step up the Socialist ladder if that's what you're into. You don't even have to leave the North American continent.

lol We sort of covered that on page 1 and the top of 2. Oh well, after someone else was nice enough to give some supporting narrative to Turok's original post I get it. It gets more to the Buddhist belief that most human suffering is a result of greed and dependence on material possessions. It's difficult for most Americans to subscribe to since we love our stuff. I understand the whole "your possessions end up owning you" idea, but screw it, I LIKE MY STUFF!!!

There lies the fine between freedom fighter and wrong-doer. I can certainly see where someone would say their aim was to terrify British tax collectors by burning some of their buildings down. Still, these acts fall far short of attempting to blowing up The House of Lords with the members inside.
