When Will Aqualad Change His Hair?

Ever since he was created for the new hit series Young Justice, Aqualad made an earlier appearance in Brightest Day. Despite the fact the he is the new sidekick to the newly resurrected Aquaman and the son of Black Manta I notice that he has not done a damn thing about his hair. Since his first appearance, the new Aqualad has been commented as Milestone hero Static:

How the hell will we see the Aqualad we come to know in the cartoon show? Will he cut his hair and dye it to match his mentor's (Aquaman)? What do you think?

Assuming that Aqualad will do something after Brightest Day, and possibly join the Teen Titans, it could be possible for him to change his hair...

I don't mind that he doesn't cut his hair, just don't die his hair.

This.
And also, why does he need to change his hair? A hair cut is not going to make him one and the same as his animated series counterpart.

There's nothing wrong with his hair. If that's the case then why doesn't Static cut his own hair and just be another Black Lightning? See, even though the hair style might annoy you, it adds something to the character. The character is good as he is for right now, if that changes down the line then it changes down the line.

I don't think they should try and match the two together. They have the same name and powers, but they seem to be really different characters in terms of their backstory and personality. I think the comic version should keep his hair the way it is as its a unique style shared only by Static. Most of the black males that I have seen in comics either tend to have short hair or be bald so its good to see something different.

So only one afroamerican is allowed to wear natural har? It's more annoying that, well every other characters seems to be bald or can't handle more than short hair or lang rasta lcoks.
