Um Deadpool had decent nemeses but they killed them all. Ajax was actually pretty badass, and T-Ray was interesting. They could definitely bring him back. I also would love a return of Agent X even as an ally (maybe Domino's new partner running the Mercs for Money)

Looks damned good, but he isn't fooling anyone with that mask. Between the beard and all he looks the same.

@zemu6: that's what I was trying to say in the first place. But I gave up on it. It was beating a dead horse, because he wouldn't/couldn't see what was wrong with the statement.

@spiderhyphenman: Ah gotcha. Can't all be great ones. I have still yet to read Spider-Men. I plan on it though. I'd really like to see that relationship grow and expand as well. Where we get some of Peter's allies working with Miles and vice versa.

@spiderhyphenman: Thank you man that meant a lot. I tried to just ignore him, and I am now, because at this point it's beating my head against the wall for no reason. But stuff like that is just ridi ulous. I mean Hate is ridiculous to begin with, but when it's explained in a manner that makes even less sense I just couldn't hold it in. I literally went back and forth on whether to respond to dude or not, and when no one else did I just had to say something. NEways moving on to your second point, I agree 100% it allows us to have two versions of the same character and get completely different stories out of it because he's at completely different places in his life. I wouldn't give up Old Man Logan if a new 616 Logan comic came back (which incidentally I don't think they should do, leave Laura as Wolverine, keep Old man Logan, and inverted Sabertooth around to continue that legacy, they'll all be in the upcoming Weapon X book anyway) and Ultimate Spidey was basically created so that we could have young Spider-man stories again, and now that torch has been passed to Miles. I would really love to see Peter take miles under his wing as a little brother of sorts, where he doesn't see Miles as a portege, he sees him as a young version of himself and therefore a young contemporary. I have some ideas for doing stuff with the Spider-family, as well as Wolvie's legacy, and a team up between the groups. Again I love what has been done with Spidey over the last decade. he was my favorite as a kid, and he kind of fell off, with stagnant stories, and such. The other was the first step toward something completely new, and I am glad that we are still picking things from that to move forward, sadly One More Day had to happen in order for us to get Big Time and move forward but because of the backlash we now have RYV which we'd never have gotten in mainstream 616. TOO MUCH of a status quo change, but if it's an alternate world then they can go for it.

@ursaber: Well this was an informative discussion. Here's what I am not getting, if harry is running the company, why are you mad? Peter isn't doing it, it's basically just his name and face. He can still do the whole charity, humanitarian, philanthropist thing, and rely on harry for the day to day business stuff. Much the way Bruce Wayne does with Wayne Enterprises. And I'd actually create a story that has a corporate take over, and him have to go to Stark, Danny Rand and even Puma for help in order to keep his company, which would force him to learn more of the day to day stuff, but still have someone else run it. Like you said Peter isn't a business man. I was just throwing ideas out there as to how it could be explained, but I didn't mean he'd learn just by osmosis or anything, but again you pick up things when you spend time with people. As for the last part, I agree, but the truth of the matter and the industry is that there are and will constantly be retcons, reboots, and such. Otherwise characters would be old, we'd be in like the 4th generation of hereoes, and things wouldn't endure for so long.

@g2_: Miles replaced Peter in the Ultimate Universe, never in 616 and that was never going to happen. Ultimate U ran it's course but marvel didn't want to los e a bunch of characters, hence Secret Wars, allowing for many different alternate reality characters to stay in the 616 universe. I am mad because you are saying you're just spouting nonsense about a character making a race look bad. If he was written in some stereotypical, racial stereotype or something like that then yes he'd make black people look bad, but it's quite the opposite. No one is stating that Sam isn't better off as Flacon, but that doesn't mean any of these characters aren't good just for the sake of them being different. I mean have you even read them? You say you don't have to hate for no reason, and yet, that's exactly what you're doing. Calling the characters an insult to humanity sounds like you're pretty mad about them. So then don't read them, and move on. But don't go spouting that Miles makes black people look bad crap, that's just ignorant, and you didn't even have a valid explanation in the first place.

@ursaber: See I actually really like Superior, yes it's not a "Peter" story, but in the end it strengthens WHY Peter is truly the Superior Spider-Man. And I haven't read Clone Conspiracy yet, but I loved Spider-Island, Ends of the Earth and Spider-verse, and from what I have read of CC I think I will like it as well. As for Parker Industries, who knows what happened during the 8 month period between Secret Wars and new Amazing. He could've used Parker Industries in order to purchase the Baxter Building, and then just ran with it from there seeing the good he could do. Or maybe some of his Horizon colleagues talked him back into it. The point is he isn't doing it himself if you'd noticed. He's brought in a bunch of friends and colleagues, both from his Peter persona and his Spidey persona. Also like the scientist he's been around and picked u[p knowledge from, he's known quite a few businessmen, from the Osbornes, to Stark, to Puma, to Kingpin, and more. SO I am sure he's picked up a bit of business acumen as well. Long story short, it's comics, man don't think to hard on the small stuff. It will eventually be wiped, forgotten, explained or made moot.
