As someone who used to use Cell as a username, I can say that it depends on the version of Ultron. I'm only familiar with the movie version though. Cell seeks strong opponents and lives for a good fight, so if Ultron couldn't back it up he'd be destroyed for being boring.

IC: They would still be no match for my awe-inspiring power!

Register the mutants so and provide special education so that they can control their powers. I'd be excited to see what designs for a superpowered prison and/or Sentinels the real world could create.

IC: Imprison the mutants, have them turn against you and be eliminated for their defiance. It will make it easier for us to rain destruction down of your heads!

Yet another reason to stay away from the ocean.

Super shark? Those likely went extinct millions of years ago.

The real threats are the atomic leviathans of the deep.

Besides raw strength, Omega also has the abilities of the other Shadow Dragons. I doubt that moat of their abilities would be useful in this case, but the Haze Shenron's pollution could weaken Bills if the fight really dragged on. And then there's Naturon Shenron's absorption and Rage's regeneration, which could lead to him pulling a Super Buu.

I won't comment on the raw strength involved for either combatant, since everyone is doing such a splendid job of that already.

She looks like a nice pet for our daughter.

Let us tell you a tale. We deliberately confined ourselves to the "friend zone" due to wanting to preserve our friendship with a girl who interested us, and we didn't want to ruin the possibility of further friendship by letting our feelings mess things up. So by the definition, we "friend zoned" her.

For what has to be the first time ever, fate intervened and that plan fell apart. We started dating. But when that line graph took a plummet and the relationship was terminated, our friendship went with it and so did all of the good things I felt for her.

So maybe it would be best to keep things the way they are. If she doesn't feel the same way about you, then there's no point jousting at that particular windmill.
