It's a well known fact that if a character is flirtatious in comics they've probably been screwing at one point in time. She's slept with Cyclops, Namor,  Banshee, kissed a guy named Ian Kendall even though he was older then her and was her school teacher, she even married Doctor Doom in Old Man Logan.   You seem to be taking it the wrong way, I'm not insulting all of the female sex, just Emma Frost. That is why you are a hypocrite and fail as a man. You are automatically connecting sexual experience with disease. When you imply that if a female has more then one sexual partner is tainted. You are mocking all women. You can't make a standard that only applies to one for similar actions. It is NOT a "well known fact" that flirting always leads to sexual activity.
 
Cyclops = her lover
Namor = not a X-Man, and it was part of Shaw's plot to try and get him to join the Hellfire Club
Banshee = didn't sleep together.
Ian Kendall = not a X-Man and this may come as a shock to you, but kissing doesn't count as sex. Older is irrelevant.
Doctor Doom = Are you on crack? Old Man Logan isn't a canon story. "

If she cares for me and I her that is all that matters. It's also rather despicable you would diminish her to the level of an object like a bike. I don't remember her sleeping with any member of the X-Men before Cyclops. She was flirtatious with Banshee, but she's flirtatious with a lot of people. You also over exaggerate that she slept with millions.  If you live your life expecting every woman to remain some chaste little flower until she meets you.
