This guy was a pretty cool continuation of frank castle's legacy, he tied x men 2099 with issues, but most ''tie ins'' with other characters was a misunderstanding... but hey the old punisher did the exact same thing all the time.

This was the only original character for the 2099 era not seen at the time in your earth 616 but was very amusing and kept people intrigued. 33# issues puts him at 5.
