Why hasnt Bor, Vili or Ve come back yet?

when all the asguardians died after Ragnarok & thor slept after killing the ones who sit above in shadow

when thor came back he was able to resurrect the fallen asgaurdians trapped in the soul & bodys of humans. so yes loki tricked him into killing Bor but by these rules (especially since he was an all father)

Thor's grampa should be in a human right now why isnt thor searching to resurrect him? or his to uncles...

Vili

& Ve

or am I missing something here?

I think it only brought back Asgardians that were living in that period than died.

@jeanroygrant: well then I suppose that would rule out awakening his uncles since they are long since dead but... bor was alive during norman osborn's rein thor recently killed him so logically he should be somewhere on earth within somebody...

I think Marvel should ressurect Vili, Ve, Bor, Buri, and Serpent.

@jeanroygrant: I forgot about Buri serpent was cool but I doubt he will ever be additive part of marvel u

Something related to Bor is happening in Exiled (the crossover of Journey into Mystery and New Mutants).

Posted by DATNIGGA

@TheGreyOutcastX: Yea know I read it. it looks promising

Posted by TheGreyOutcastX

@DATNIGGA: Indeed. Still praying this saves the New Mutants. Though I give DnA credit, I didn't think the neighbor was gonna be who he turned out to be.

Posted by DATNIGGA

@TheGreyOutcastX: I wonder how powerful the neighbor is anyway? he was bor's legendary dude so he might be super awesome. its weird though he new mutants actually looked cool in this book with warlock transforming & Amara & the lava....

I think there series would be alot better if they gave the new mutants better enemys, Moonstar her powers back be it Valkyrie or Mutant & Give nate his powers back.. he used to be so awesome...

I figure Gillen is the reason this book is superior to the other New Mutants stuff. The Neighbor is just awesome and I'm glad that at least these isn't the usual Asgardian stuff. (LOL Sunspot totally saying what we all said when we heard this crossover was announced. Also love that he asked Dani when she is gonna give up being a Valkyrie. Sunspot FTW!)

New Mutants needs to be more like X-Factor. Frankly, I just want them to give Nate guns at this point since he knows how to use them, and honestly I would love to see a chance to have everyone but Sunspot freakout when he goes gunslinger. (Sunspot was with X-Force when Nate was targeted by Onslaught so he knows Nate took Domino's knowledge on guns.) Plus I don't see them doing anything with him powerwise so then this is the best of a bad situation.

@TheGreyOutcastX: So basically Nate would be Cable? lol

No, Nate's not a soldier. lol.

And I mean modern guns, no pouches, no future tech, just trickshots and give him limited TK and Maximum Telepath. Make him more like a detective/Private Eye then a soldier. Plus make Sunspot like his buddy cop.

i thought when odin, vili, and ve fought surter, vili and ve sacrificed themselves for odin to escape or something. When odin got away or something he was put into a long sleep and when he awoke vili and ve were gone. If im right vili and ve made the odinforce when they sacrificed themsleves, some how.

Bor has already returned once and the deaths of Vili and Ve were never actually shown on panel so for all anyone knows, though they're believed to be dead, they could still be alive

scans?

@PowerHerc: the first time he died was when thor killed him.. the first time he disappeared was when loki went back in time & froze him so he never really returned he was just set free from his frozen slumber

Yes, you're correct, he was merely thought to be dead the first time.

Maybe Bor is still trapped in one of the humans.

@jeanroygrant: that what I though.. but tbh there are alot of plot holes in the whole marvel ''Gods'' thing

cause one min if you die you go into a human & wait to be awakened... but then if you die you end up as property of hela.. & if you climb the world tree you can be alive again.. even though your original body is still where its at..

there are too many things that don't make to much since with thor & the gods in general its gotta be bad writing or something

It could be, because they are gods, and are not bounded to earthly physics.

Maybe.. I personally think its due to a bunch of different writers attempting to explain the same things cause when I read different books over the course of time many times they say different regarding the origins & business of the gods

True.

Bor should come back and start some fire in Jotunheim by igniting a war between Asgard and all the nine realms.

That's what I was wondering about Vidar. The majority of Odin's sons who have been previously featured in the MU have been seen since the Ragnarok event (Thor, Balder, Tyr and even Hermod briefly) but Vidar has been noticeably absent.

That would be hot Thor paternal relatives and odin finally not the only big dog lol
