This is what I've managed to fin out about Nicole Perlman. She is a graduate of Disney's screenwriting program, which may explain how she landed such a big movie without any previous ones. She has written screen plays before though, from what I can tell they were all about space and were well received, though none of them ever got to the production stage. I pretty sure she does have a back ground in real science, though how helpful that will be in writing a movie with a talking raccoon in it is anyones guess.
I would be looking forward to this a lot more if Marvel hadn't said the two worlds would never cross over. It's like the death thing. This characters never going to come back, seriously he's never going to come back, we swear. Oh he's back guess we lied. I just wish companies would stick by their word, but we all know that hasn't happened for a very long time.
Thought I throw my two cents in. In the straight out fight punisher wins because of his guns and V's over extravagance. In the movie we see V confront a bunch of soldiers head on even when he could have wiped them all out silently and though he does beat these soldiers he dies from his injuries later. So he'd want to face Frank in a head on battle and he would definitely hurt Frank but Frank would prevail in the end. But Franks victory's a bit pointless as V would have the building rigged to blow as a contingency plan, so they'd both die.
