Yeah I think WW film is self contained but if they want to they can have flash reboot the universe like X-men DoFP and JJ Abrham Star Trek did to there own universe.

Honestly I don't think zack coming back for JL part 2.

Depends on the how much BVS does even then with the movie going into production in 2 weeks after the movie releases so who knows.
