I agree with Stan, video games have ratings...if the rating isn't suitable for your child..DON'T BUY THE GAME FOR THEM IDIOT!!! Let the parents decide..I play violent video games and enjoy them..they are just a game to me just like the comics I read..I can tell the difference between fantasy and reality. If they censor video games..I'm moving to Guam
Thanks guys. Times are tough out there it took me over 2 years to get this job so it is a relief. And hopefully those of you who have trouble finding a job or are suffering from the economy can get some good luck soon as well. I hope we all can be on our feet and spoil ourselves
I am so sick of these stupid politically correct people trying to get everything exciting or fun taken out of the world. Ya know what? I saw the Tim Burton Batman movie when I was three years old, because my Dad wanted to share his love of superheroes with me, I got hooked on comics even more so than him. But my Dad made the point to say that I could not fly, catch ablaze or anything of that notion. He also taught me common sense. What are the parents these days too lazy to teach common sense to their kids? My Dad liked comics, I love comics and I will pass that down to my kids regardless of these stupid parent groups
I personally don't ever want to see the Batman movies end. Since I was a kid there was always some sort of Batman on tv or film and I personally can't imagine it ending now. The comics are great but theirs something about seeing the characters portrayed on screen that sticks into my head.
Sadly where I live has no comic shop. But we have a pages Book Store in Mount Airy, NC that is close to home I can get a few books there but not all the ones I like to read
