Rachel felt heat spinning towards her, and leapt up, dodging one flaming weapon, but the other slashed across her face, leaving a wound that cauterized simply from the blistering heat. She grabbed her gun, firing repeatedly, but the flaming duplicate of the Infernal Emperors shrugged the attacks off, absorbing the plasma-based attacks, and returning twice as quickly. "Uh, guys? A little help?"

The KnightWing legacy, drawing on her ample training, leapt over the flame construct. She fired again, but he grabbed it, chucked it back, and knocked her off her feet. "Uh oh..."

Maybe it was Gothic. Maybe the craphole of a city was what attracted these nuts. Bright red hair straight out of Dragon Ball and an army of shadow... things. Rachel hadn't exactly followed when the mysterious dude had called fro everyone to go outside. She had instead dashed for her room, thankfully nearby. She threw on her outfit, grabbed a few weapons, and fastened her goggles. Opening her window, she performed an unnecessarily cool flip to get to the roof, and turned towards the courtyard, just as the Head Heartless issued his ultimatum. She raised her weapon, aiming at the ground near Nero. A sizzle of plasma and all turned to face her. "Not on a cold day in hell." This was really her first public appearance. Punching a few Gothic thugs out didn't really count. She was nervous, but if anyone asked, she was shaking because it was so damn cold. "Now are you going to go quietly or do I need to light you up?"

So I'm in DC for the New Year and on mobile until after, so posts will be shorter. Also super sick, so not gonna do much. The upshot is I can probably maneuver this into a sick day one school starts up again.

@superior_nobody: "Oh. Wow, I really didn't see that coming. Say, d'you think we might be better off not on an exposed rooftop? That old lady could have called the cops by now..."

@superior_nobody: "Well, it's a long story. This guy sorta adopted me and disappeared, so I inherited the name and stuff. Pretty cliched, I know. What happened to you, radioactive spider bite?"

Rachel's face fell for a second at his jibe, but cheered up quickly. "The second one. VMZ is trash. Besides, the old Nobody made it look friggin easy. First time out I faceplanted in a dumpster full of used undergarments." Rachel plopped down next to him on the roof.

@superior_nobody: Another day, another freak in Gothic. Screaming old women. Wonderful. Here I thought I might get my English assingmet done. "Hey! What the hell is-- Oh! It's you, spider guy." I race to the scene huffing and puffing, and quickly scale a fire escape after the guy in red. "I'm a big fan! Saw your video... Sorry, rambling. I'm Knightwing, you're Nobody."
