90s X-Men are my favourite X-Men. I just recently downloaded the Jim Lee run on Comixology, so hopefully this will be on par. I love how they introduce you to the characters and tell you their powers etc. That's not really done anymore. I guess because if you're unfamiliar with them, you would just Google.

@danial79: Wouldn't it be better if the book got better instead of getting cancelled? ;P

Of course it would be, but having lost so many readers already, no one will know it's gotten better :)

I finally got around to reading the latest issue. I think I might finally be done with this series. I'm finding this version of Moon Knight quite boring and the novelty of the new costume has well and truly worn off. I just checked the sales and it seems I'm not the only one. Issue #13 only sold 23k, and as you might know, Marvel cancel books around 20k, so the end might well be nigh anyway.

As I'm sure many of us have, I've been watching the Netflix Daredevil lately. I'm only up to episode 7, but it occurred to me why I'm loving it so much... he's behaving like Huston & Finch's Moon Knight (which is my favourite version), what with all the ultra violence and taking more hits than he's giving. Comic DD is generally more acrobatic, fighting with finesse, whereas Moon Knight (though somewhat acrobatic) has always been more of a brawler. What do you guys think?

@danial79: Hey that looks cool!)

Now, I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure there was something MK/GR during Shadowland too... Was there?

I couldn't tell you. The only Shadowland I read was the (awful) Moon Knight mini.

@danial79: They're as integral to the title as Moon Knight! It's like a Spiderman series without Mary Jane or Aunt May or J Jonah Jameson ever showing up.

Sadly, it seems that no recent writers see it that way.

@danial79: Of course, as we discovered in #6, it's Marlene "Fontaine" now. Guess she married.

Not necessarily. If I recall correctly, she went by Marlene Fontaine during the end of Marc Spector: Moon Knight when she was running SpectorCorp.

This issue is definitely a step in the right direction. Now if only they brought Frenchie and Marlene back, I'd be a happy camper :)

You must be about the same age as me because every one of these hit me square in the nostalgias. I know you had specific criteria, but I've long wanted a contemporary Battle of the Planets, Dino-Riders, or ThunderCats video game or comic.
