People itching for a Question title should know that DC's version of the Question is not the Question. He only looks like the Question. Anyone who likes the Question should check out the masterwork by the character's creator, Steve Ditko ... in Mysterious Suspense #1, published by Charlton way back in the dark ages of 1968. It's the "return" of the Question because he originally appeared as a back-up feature in Charlton's Blue Beetle title, also by Ditko.

Hi guys! Both of you -- Tony and Corey -- seem continually confused about how to pronounce Constantine. It's Con-stan-teen. I've never heard anyone pronounce it Con-stan-t-eye-n, and it sounds awkward and unnatural when you do it. For the record, it was pronounced Con-stan-teen in the movie (trailer attached). You can put this one to bed already. :-)

I haven't listened to the podcast yet, but I'm already bummed that Sara is leaving. I really enjoy her voice on the show and will miss her immensely. Will Jen be taking her place?

I bought Showcase 73 off the stands, and loved it, along with the 6-issue Creeper series that followed. I was also a fan of Ditko's Question series that ran in the back of Charlton's Blue Beetle in the '60s, and for a single issue of Mysterious Suspense. I hate what DC has done to the Question ever since they first acquired the character, and now they've done an even worse disservice to the Creeper. I like many modern comics, and I'm not living in the past, but what they're doing to the Creeper is akin to updating Sherlock Holmes by turning him into a serial killer. Hopefully they'll resurrect Jack Ryder and the original Creeper along with him, to do battle with this new "fearsome" Creeper.

That answers my question about Jack Ryder, but nope, don't like it.

Did they kill Jack Ryder to arrive at this new version?

What happened that Ditko's original cool Creeper became this weird monster creature that looks like something out a Chinese New Year's parade? Am I the only one who doesn't like this version of the character -- at all? No one really did the Creeper as well as Ditko, IMO, but there are artists who could do a close facsimile.

@hart7668: Totally! I think Quitely's work is more refined and similar to Moebius, but I've always made the same connection between Burnham and Quitely. Big fans of all three.

I'm definitely surprised to see so many people capping on Burnham's art. I've been a fan from the first moment I saw his work. I really like his style and sense of design, and it's a nice counterpoint to the DC house style.

In my opinion, the best cover of the week -- Darwyn Cooke's variant cover for Fatale #15 ...
