well from what i understand deadpool has a higher pain tolerence, and clearly a better healing factor. That being said Deathstroke is definitely more intellegant, and from what i've observed has much better reflexes. I'd ay fifty fifty either way it's a tough fight but their is no way it ends in a draw.
In all honesty i'd go with Ted based on the fact that. While elektra rarely fights unarmed I don't beleive i've ever seen Ted use a weapon (not improvised) against an oponent before. Ted is probably one of the toughest charcters in the DC universe, without her sias Elektra would most likely find it difficult to put him down quickly. In an extended fight Ted wins
@vance_astro: Actually I beleive the official stats place them to be the exact same on most levels with captian being verry slightly ahead of her in the strength department
