@CaioTrubat: My advice is to check out the sources of the fantasy genre, namely old epic poems/sagas (the Odyssey/Iliad, Gilgamesh, or my favorite, the Mahabharata) and books on mythology (such as the Myth and Mankind series, which has books on pretty much every culture you can think of). Of course, I tend to focus on the mythology/magic component because my current project is a superhero novel that blends all kinds of sci-fi/mythology/alternate universe tropes in a modern setting, but I've heard that books on history are super-helpful as well (I guess medieval/feudal Europe is the traditional milieu, but humans are more or less the same across cultures).
You should also, if you haven't already, read Game of Thrones (don't watch it; read it) because the series really is a game-changer in the world of fantasy.
Anyhow, I hope this helps. Write long and prosper!
