Legion of Super-Heroes members who've died
Here's a list of Legionnaires who died. Some have came back, some were only thought dead.

Lightning Lad died saving the Earth from Zaryan the Conqueror. He was later resurrected by the heroic sacrifice of Proty.
The Earth-247 version known as Live Wire also died. He got better too.

Ferro Lad died sacrificing himself to destroy the Sun-Eater. He wasn't a member very long, but he's become a Legend.

Invisible Kid was crushed to death by Validus.

Chemical King died preventing World War VIII.

Karate Kid died fighting Nemesis Kid, and trying to stop the nefarious plans of the Legion of Super-Villains.
It's unexplained how he came back for the Lightning Saga and Countdown, by he died there too.

Mentalla wasn't a full member at the time of her death. She was initially rejected. She infiltrated the new Fatal Five, intending to stop them, but was murdered by the Emerald Empress.
She was made a member after her death.

As Triplicate Girl, one of her bodies was killed by COMPUTO.
As Duo Damsel, a body was killed by the Time Trapper (that story may not be canon after the new 52.)
One body, Una, was eaten by rats during Countdown (which also may not be in current continuity).
Regardless of what's in or not in continuity, she showed up with a power boost in Legion of Three Worlds.

Blok was killed by Roxxas during the 5 years later era. 5YL itself is not in continuity.

Sun Boy was killed in the 5 years later era, which is no longer in continuity.
The Earth-Prime Sun Boy was killed by Superboy-Prime.

The Earth-247 version was killed in the original Legion Lost mini-series.
The Earth-Prime version was killed by Superboy-Prime.

Kinetix wasn't technically killed.. she was absorbed by Mordru.. who in turn was absorbed by the White Witch.

Monstress was killed by the Earth-247 Alchemist (Element Lad).

Earth-Man was killed fighting the Legion of Super-Villains.

The pocket-universe Superboy was killed by the Time Trapper. Most likely no longer in continuity.

Mon-El appeared to have died during the Magic Wars. It no longer appears that he died during that time.

Ultra Boy was presumed dead at the hands of Pulsar Stargrave, he lived, however, unbeknownst to the Legion. He returned without memories and stuck in Superboy's body. True Story.

Timber Wolf was thought dead for a time, but in fact had been captured and brainwashed to kill the President of Earth. When he had returned, he was feral.

The Earth-Prime Dream Girl was killed when the Legion Headquarters was destroyed.

The original Kid Quantum on Earth-247 was killed by Tangleweb when his stasis belt malfunctioned.
