I mean I get the idea of him not killing but why not break an arm or a leg that will make them less motivated and more likely to fail if they ever tried to escape. 
I mean just because you can't kill doesn't mean you can beat someone to a pulp then live him to the cops or for the awfull crimes at least beat them till they became brain damaged/retarded still they will live. 
The point is you can have revenge even if you don't kill but Batman isn't quite what I would call revenge.

The you agree he is kind of right. 
I mean lets look at You tube for instance.  
People may be hurt or even dying and at least someone thinks its funny the way they died or how they died or got hurt.

The whole monologue its very touching and for the first time I saw Joker in another perspective rather than a mindless idiot.
The point is he did saw that everything in the bigger picture was a joke. 
He saw who the sadest of all can be a comedy thing and how eveyone can change despite their stable selfs. 
In a way do you suppose he could be right? 
I mean if we look from a diffrent perspective everything really is a joke.

Superman is an alien and he wasn't even born on Earth. 
Why do the creators make him as a America hero rather than Earth's hero or protector of  the Universe. 
Why does Superman have to take sides in wars? 
 
Do you see  Goku saying" hey I am an japanese and I fight for truth and justice the japanese way" you don't even see him even holding the flag of Japan with so much propaganda.

My guess its because he extended his bio electic field to protect the ship which is shown in the movie. 
The filed  could act as a filter for radiations,heat and so on. 
Which kinda makes sense because Luthor sabotaged the ship in order for Superman to extend his field but it also weaked his protection against radiation ,otherwise Luthor would not have intervene in the first place and just let Superman and the doctor to fly around the Sun if the Sun was bad for Superman.
You would also think that the doctor would run tests to know if Superman is weak against radiations which in normal circumstances he would be just fine. 
Like the doctor said "He knew" meaning Lex knew about Superman's body. 
 
Could this be a reason for it?

What I know that is was done after a story called All star Superman. 
This is the first animation that Superman really shows his powers on a new level compared to Justice leauge serie,Domsday movie,Public enemies and so on. 
Why can't another movie be done in such a great detail of it like All star?

I mean the show looks like it made for 10 year old kids and the lack of violence is making the show unrealistic even for a cartoon.
