This is what I don't like. As a x-men fan I want an older more mature jean who has tamed or is in control of the phoenix heck even just have the big bird dormant back. I do not want 17 years old doe eyed unsure of herself or her powers jean back. This also throws her into a new/old love triangle with scott and warren which is one of the major points jean fans wanted marvel to avoid.

God I hope not and considering she's coming back as a teen and is very much in love with "her" scott having her jump into anything with a future X-men seems cheap and stinks of bad writing. Beside's I feel ms grainer would have something to say to both of them on that subject.

No I feel emma's going to go all dark phoenix on the five and manipulate both peter and magik into doing her bidding that well cause scott to rein her in. Then like the good boy scout he well feel bad reject the phoenix force and go on this marvel NOW mission to find Redemption.

I know it's trite and been used to the point of fans not caring but if it's explained that a revived jean is a dark/light phoenix shared reanimated corpse it works better then this bull**** IMHO.

Well since the phoenix and jean seem to have been split in the recent books I'd like to see her back as a teacher at the avengers Academy or a member of the future foudation. Keep her away from both scott and logan if you want her character to progress

Apparently "We are phoenix" means nothing to the house of ideas.
