Hyperstorm should win. He already conquered most of the universe and his intelligence is slightly above Doctor Doom's and Reed Richards' and the latter managed to steal Silver Surfer's and Galactus' powers.
@Th3 FlAsH 123: Galactus was just feeding on a limitless energy source. Neither combatant came out victorious. It is/was a never ending battle. Furthermore, Hyperstorm's intelligence is slightly above Doctor Doom's and Reed Richards' and Dr. Doom managed to steal the Silver Surfer's, Galactus' and the Beyonder's powers.
Both combatants are at their highest in terms of skill, experience and raw power. Both are fully rested, blood lust is on and both are at full power. Keep in mind that Onslaught made holocaust immune to telepathic assault.
