My Thoughts on Bumping Battle Threads

I've noticed a lot of battle threads being bumped lately, so I thought that I would lay down my thoughts on the subject.
If you're bumping an old battle thread instead of making a duplicate thread, then good job! You get a cookie. If you're bumping a battle thread to post a valid argument and/or provide evidence (scans) that haven't been brought up before, then good job! You also get a cookie. What I don't understand is people who bump battle threads to post things like "draw" or "tie," I've noticed stuff like that a lot lately and it's mostly in battle threads that are guaranteed to turn into flame wars. Do you people want the mods to lock these threads? I honestly just don't understand the point of bumping threads that A. have a clear winner or B. are only going to start flame wars. Most of these threads died for a reason.
X-23 vs Wolverine vs Daken

First Fight: Takes place in an empty arena and there are morals, win is not by KO, but the last person standing, somebody has to be completely incapacitated before they are out of the fight.
Second Fight: Takes place in a dojo and is a h2h fight, no claws, no pheromones, no healing factor. Win is by KO.
Third Fight: No holds barred, anything goes with the exception of the Muramasa blade, that is not allowed and there are no morals.
Restrictions: As stated above, the Muramasa blade is not allowed in any of these fights and pheromones are only allowed in the third one. No BFR and morals don't apply in the third fight. Also, there are no team-ups nobody is working together to take somebody else out.

Second Battle: Full-on fight, morals apply. Rachel is at Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar Empire level power and Storm is at her current level.

I was surprised that this hasn't been done, but I searched it several ways on Comic Vine and then Google searched it, so I'm assuming that I'm in the clear.
Huntress vs Manhunter
First Fight: Strictly h2h, no gadgets, no prep and the fight is in the streets of Los Angeles
Second Fight: Full-on fight, ! hour prep each, any and all gadgets and the fight takes place in Gotham City
No morals for either fight (not that these characters have much in the way of morals to begin with).
