- this issue seems a bit off topic and i cant help but feel a little short-changed.

That was my feeling, it feels like an interlude which I would prefer not to have mid-story. If it pays off later on, then great. But it doesn't seem relevant now, there was no advancing of the current story.

@.Mistress Redhead.: I was agreeing with you. Time marches on and so must profile pictures.

*shrugs* there is still a difference, its an outdated picture and we only prefer to use CURRENT storyline pictures, to keep the site from looking outdated.  "
I love Michael Turner's work and this is my favourite picture of Starfire, but we should try to stay up to date.

@Malhavok: Indeed I did. Well spotted.

I don't think I'd be quite as harsh in reviewing, although I am finding this story a little disappointing so far. I was hoping to see Superman struggle to find an answer to the everyday problems ordinary people face, possibly inspiring people to work together and helping them through more mundane means, so getting the aliens to solve everything did feel like a cop out.

The basket ball scene was just cheesy.

I've wondered why the company behind this trailer aren't hired to do a full film instead of teasers for video games. Their trailers for Star Wars: The Old Republic were better than anything Lucas has put out for the franchise in years. I'd love to see them do a film for either DC or Star Wars.

As for the game, I'm really hoping it will be great. It looks like it's had much more effort put in than Champions Online which is a very good start.

It's my character from Champions Online in the Canada zone.

Gail Simone's run on Secret Six and Wonder Woman have been great. I'm looking forward to seeing what she does with the new Birds of Prey.

Or Mephesto was a Skrull and when the heroes eventually kill him, OMD never happened.
