@lordryus: I know who Naja is, and I also don't think they're the same. I asked about the character in the upper right corner of the double page spread. :P
I loved the first issue, and I can see why you're maybe on the fence about Silk, but she's nothing like how she was written under Slott in ASM, it really feels like Thompson is making his own mark in this book.
And I don't know, I just feel like Cindy/Silk has so much depth to her character (particularly noticeable as you read through the last pages of the first issue).
I enjoy both DnA and the current run (even though the current one has been hit and miss), and after that trailer I'm psyched!
About Rhomann Dey: Anyone else thinks he's going to die and make way for Rick, and that Marvel will bring him back in the comics around the time a potential movie version shows up? And no, I'm not one of those fans that complain that Rick is replaced by a kid and seemingly dead, I'm just curious is all. Granted, I'm not sure how much Rhomann is going to be in the GotG movie, all I'm saying is it's a possibility.
I enjoyed it! Served as a fun, short and self contained story before the main dish! I liked the art, worked great for this kind of thing. Looking forward to the upcoming ones!
I too would say it's a wolf, seeing as it has to do with norse mythology. Sure, we do have bobcats up here but they aren't as connected to our "old ways" (if you will) as wolves are. With that said, I do think the snout is too short to belong to a wolf.
I'll add that this teaser is one of the better ones, that has recently been released, in my opinion.
