Peter Constantine(Wallace) is a genetic clone of Michael Constantine(Scott Wallace). He is a part of Operation Midnight, a plan created from Travelers of the Universe, a dimension skipping team like Scott, Peter is Scott's Clone Brother.
Pete was brought up in test tubes that rest in Rundown Siberian labs, recreated by the Travelers of the Universe, who are a dimension skipping team from the planet Arkzonia, they crossed paths with Scott many times and found him a fascinating species, on the Death bed of Scott, newly named Elixir, the TU took samples of his DNA. using advanced stolen equipment and the base of Siberian labs, the TU created an altered Clone brother of Scott, they swapped his powers with others, and couldn't quite work out how to clone his Force abilities.
Pete was trained by his creators and sent around all dimensions to seek new teachers, within a year he had gone from baby to a twenty year old man, and by that time the cloning Growth spurt stopped, and now he was fully trained. The year was now 6330 when they sent Pete back to 2007 to first meet his new foe, he returned victorious with a memory filled with Constantine's fighting styles. Const@ntine, as he was nicknamed thrived with raw power and had become independent and when the TU tried overruling him they were killed and wiped from the existence of time using a new found, unplanned power, Time Energy.
