Since the new 52 Scott Lobdell has worked on multiple titles. The first 2 were Teen Titans and Red Hood and the Outlaws neither of which liked so I was wondering if it's Scott Lobdell just doesn't understand the bat characters or if he's just a bad writer now (I know his X-men run is legendary but that was 20 - 30 years ago).
can someone explain to me why they wrote the issue like this if it's not going to be like that throughout the entire series? I mean the "breaking the fourth wall" humour won't really appeal to Harley Quinn fans so they won't pick up the book and if readers do like that style of humour and pick it up they'll be disappointed in the change of tone in issue 1.
I'm not tying to sound negative I just really don't understand it.
