Could Gotham City SIrens happen in the new DC re-launch?

Now i'm not saying in the first few months but eventually down the line could it happen?
i supose it depends if poison ivy and harley quinn ever redevelop their 'sister' like bond or other type of bond if you think it is.
Though i think that poison ivy as a character has changed significantly since shes no longer green and works with the birds of prey. I really hope that they don't make a good girl.
