Darkseid was beating Anti-Monitor until he used Black Racer and the Anti Life Equation.

No one here is on that level, except Darkseid of course. Darkseid on panel is confirmed to have conquered universes and DC Heaven went on lockdown because they were afraid of him. And he beat Alan Scott, powered by a Multiverse worth of the Green, the Red, the Rot etc, all universal power sources.

He kills everyone here with ease.

New 52 had a lot of great series but got a lot of flack because of a few screw ups like Superman's direction, Twilobo and Teen Titans. That's it basically. Some of the greatest DC runs ever happened in the New 52. Most of the hate it gets is pure BS. The main issue was the whole change in continuity thing, but now with Rebirth, that is also retroactivelly fixed. It's the same heroes like before.

Aquaman, Batman, Wonder Woman, JLDark, Justice League (starting with Throne of Atlantis), JLA, Swamp Thing, Animal Man, Demon Knights, Lemirre's Green Arrow, Constantine, Forever Evil, All Star Western, OMAC, I Vampire, Midnighter, The Shade, Omega Men, Flash and Multiversity were all great.

ANAD for me was more of a miss, because I don't care for a lot of the characters that are being pushed.

Still SSquad was mostly bad, and the roster of characters was terrible. No Count Vertigo or Bronze Tiger or Nightshade, but we get 3 Batman characters (Harley, Joker, Croc) and Batman in Suicide Squad. Garbage.

Darkseid one shots team one and Despero.

Probablly DC Ares.

During the Imperiex event in DC, Ares took over Olympus and threatened the entire universe and it took the combined might of Zeus, Poseidon and Hades to defeat and imprisson. Zeus finished the fight as I remember. But depending on the amount of conflict in the universe, DC Ares is nigh unstopable.

My point is DC Ares for a slight majority.

He didn't create the New 52.

The New 52 is the Post Crisis universe (1986) BUT with 10 years removed by Doctor Manhattan.

Having said that he seems to have destroyed Flashpoint, thus affecting the Multiverse and we also saw him creating universes at the end of his Before Watchmen book.

So yeah I would say he is a universe buster, but he did not create the main DCU.
