This is the 2nd issue of the new creative team of Guggenheim and Kollins. In the previous issue we had quite the blow out, or was it a blow up. I have no history with the THUNDER Agents. I in fact knew nothing about these characters or any series that has come before. I was a tabula Rosa when I added this book to my pull list, which I added to my list solely because Nick Spencer and Cafu being the creative team behind the book. I am a huge fan of both. Judd Winicks run for me has been as good as the Palmiotti/Gray/Connor run. I have enjoyed the direction the character has gone and love Sami Basri's art. This issue is no exception. The addition of Batman, hopefully will help sales, was welcome crossover into and out of JL: Generation Lost. The new or developing part of the book is the addition of Power Girls own Oracle type character. This did feel a bit like Batgirl in that aspect. However, it works.
