They've got to be a scientific genius, adverse to killing, have pretty solid tech and gear, and be a martial arts master or at least physically formidable.

Tom Strong would work.

I think it would be great, and would make for a much better Bat family book that Detective is right now, which is an odd mish-mash of characters. I'd include Steph as well since she's an honorary Bat family member.

@jb681131: There are lots of ways. Electricity, chemical solvents, extreme cold, and so on.

Clayface isn't a pushover by any means and would give almost any street leveler hell... But this is Batman. If a physical threat has a weakness, odds are he will know how to exploit it.

That's why his most dangerous foes tend to be geniuses themselves, in addition to their other abilities.

Batman's most dangerous foes are the ones that don't just attack him physically. That's why the Joker, Ra's, Bane, Scarecrow, Ivy etc. are so dangerous. They have the ability to throw all of Gotham - or more - into chaos.

Enemies like Clayface are physically dangerous but Batman has figured out how to beat him.

Batman literally just formed this team, and now he's pushing everyone away? Predictable.

Tim dies and Steph falls to pieces? Predictable.

Clayface asking for moral guidance from a child? Just silly. He's a grown-ass man.

This series is about as deep as a puddle. Everyone has their role and sticks to it. Clayface literally asks "Will I ever be good?" What is he, a child?
