@RyuHayabusa: i totally agree with u... its funny how some ppl hate superman coz he is overpowered but those same people argue that sentry, hulk, hyperion , thor or "storm" can beat him.. and they love those characters
@5andman: the brainiac back gear i mean is an iconic gear..there are no othr pieces..just the back..similar to the doomsday back spikes which drops at the smallvillle alert...they r extremely rare drops..ppl at my league who has been playin since day 1 havnt seen it yet... the brainiac back plate drops at inner batcave raid once u hv defeated brainiac..
@GreenLanternEzekiel: i m on the ps3 as well, and i m tired of the vault...i dnt really like hoodies and not gettin any new style pieces and dont hv much use fr the marks of triumph anymore..by d way i saw d brainiac back gear the other day at inner, didnt get it tho...i wonder if i m ever goin to see it again.

They are made for consumers. They started off with being marketed to kids only, but eventually those kids grew up and became comics writers on their own and the process made comics gradually mature over time because the writers and readers demanded/felt that their comics should in a sense grow up with them, which is helped along with continuety being such an important part of the medium. This is unlike say Disney who squarely focus on a certain age group. The mainstream crowd however only appeared to notice this by the time Moore's Watchmen, Killing Joke and Frank Miller's Batman Returns showed up...since none of that was exactly kid friendly.

this is it.... in fact u guys should checkout dis documntary.. i u havn't already " secret origin: the history of dc comics"...itspecifically mentions what he said about comic readers growin up and becoming writers , thus changing the course of stories ...
superman returns rally lacked action..did u notice..throughout the whole movie superman didn't throw a single punch....
i cannot say anythin about the acting or the plot but if the action sequences of 300, watchmen and suckerpunch are anything to go by....the man of steel will have some serious visually stunning action sequences
i am not sayin death of superman should be number 1..but it should have been in the list.... and how about joker shooting barbara and wanda proclaimin "no more mutants" ...i agree that everyone's list is going to be different but don't u think this moments deserve to be in any list made by a comic book reader... i won't argue about the position..they could be no 50 or no 1.... but dont u think they at least deserve a spot in any top 50???
@nightwing91: well thatscool..cz from my experience i would say flight is the better mode of travel but superspeed has the best skills of the three...
@MrUnknown: i have heared that basically the game runs better in the pc....but i think u will need a controller even in d pc to really enjoy as for myself i play on the ps3 us pvp server..selection of mentor really has nothing to do with anything except the first few missions and the final scenario mission... u can get any power u want..i guess u know basics that nature, sorcery and lightning are healers, fire and ice are tanks and mental, tech and hard light are controllers... all the powers can play dps... as for the weapons.... its totally up to u and later in the game u can choose all the weapon styles if u haveenough skill points..so dont worry about it.... lastly i wud say playin on the pvp server is much more fun....i have played on both and pve server is so boring compared to pvp.... and for us comic book readers playin on pvp server is still bettr cz it makes d universe feel a little more authentic...imagine a sscenario...u r a hero and u run into a bunch of villains(player controlled) killing cops all over the place...if u r in a pve server..what do u do about it...nothing ..lol...u can only watch...
