Being a god or titan doesn't mean anything. Most of the time they are just there to be killed anyway. Hell, Xena pretty much took out half the Greek pantheon all at once. By that logic she would wreck Kratos.
Comparing feats would only work as far as what we can measure. Bringing up titans or gods don't mean anything considering what I just mentioned.
If it means anything, War travels to earth like a meteor. The amount of pressure and friction not leaving a single scratch on him reflects his physical hardiness.
War fights demons that modern technology couldn't over come, Kratos just fights a bunch of undead soldiers from the ancient Greek era.
War is one of the four enforcers of the strongest organization in the universe, and an organization is only as powerful as what they can enforce.
War gets stronger the longer he fights, so his power can only go up as a fight goes on, kind of like the Hulk who grows stronger on anger.
