Yes, NW does have gadgets, but not sonics, he doesn't have a whole load like Bruce, so i'm not convinced he has sonics AS NW, but EVEN if he did have sonics, i doubt he would use them, he won't know that DD is a blind man that has a radar sense, Dick is on genius level intellect, but he's no Peter Parker, so either way i see him losing "

He has tactical abilities that even Mr. Terrific has praised him for. He has hacked into Alien technology in under a minute. He's significatly smarter than DD.  Along with being more agile, faster, more gadgets at his disposal, and arguably more skilled a fighter than DD, he should win. "

he doesn't have enough gadgets when he was Nightwing, only a few, there speed is about equal, and Nightwing doesn't have sonics, he needs them to win, and as Nightwing he never had them, DD is the better fighter, DD can counter attack all of Nightwings attacks, obviously his peak reflexes help aswell, but Dick never had sonics as NW, "

He still has explosives, gas, a 10,000 volt taser, unbreakable escrima, and a few other gadgets, but yes he does have fewer than Batman.  Does DD have any impressive speed feats?  I don't understand how anyone says DD is more skilled than Grayson.  I don't see Sonar allowing DD to counter every single attack. It's simply his venue to percieve his surroundings (Like nightwings eyes), but it's not omniscience. It may allow DD to percieve the situation differently, see different openings, react faster because of lack of visual interference/unnecessary perceptions causing confusion, but i don't think this alone will give him the win.  "
