Wanda is definitely one of Marvel's best female characters. I hate the flak that she gets by some comic fans.

She is my #1 Favorite of All Times and it is because of ALL of her history. To many Fans just go by Dissembles and HoM and say they know her and that is it. Bendis didn't know anything about her and I did my research and all of those stories where all un-canon, basically he made up allot of what happen to Wanda to use as a Plot device. Good thing is allot of good recon has come and now she is being used more again. Hopefully we get final recons and it be all over and the fixes will be final, that is really all fans should ask and cheer for; for a character to be used with respect and dignity in what her TRUE History and character is, not as some Plot device to achieve an end, but comics go threw those times at times, just got to weather the storm guess.

Great Start, I will add my start by going back to the Beginning:
Wanda Maximoff was Born with her Twin Brother Pietro at Wundagore Mountain in Transia. They grew up in a of Hardship and Family.
Living in the mountains of Eastern Europe was Hard, Unforgiving and Near to the edge of just surviving. She and her brother where outcasts among outcasts living with a Family of Gypsies, but they all where Family. These Beginnings show a really Cinderella story to Wanda Maximoff, a Lady that came from near to nothing!
@x_29: Ahh, it is always an interesting Discussion to have, but it has warn thin for me. May get back into it at some other point, but seems old now. I am now into the "Uncanny Avengers" and Marvel Now Era so much that even "AvX" event seems to be getting old too, LOL. Good question X_29! =)

After all she has been threw, She has a Will of IRON that is Unbelievable to me. I Respect and Admired the Scarlet Witch to the Highest Degree I can Give and Have for any Comic Book Character. Truly a 1 in a Million character, totally Unique! =)
