I don't think her physical attributes would be amplified by the the Uni-power but I think She-Hulk is initially strong enough to go toe-to-toe with Power Girl.Maybe she kept up with some Kryptonians....I don't think she's as strong as Supergirl,Superman,or the others.I haven't seen her do anything. A few issues after the training, she had to wear a special suit to keep her strength more under-control; when she stopped working-out and training so extensively, the extra strength gradually wore-off. But I still think that it depends on the writer, ultimately; if they want to make someone stronger than they're "supposed" to be for the sake of the story or whatever, it's going to happen. I'm going with Spider-Man.I think he has the speed,strength and advantage with webbing to take Noh-Varr out.
