Sorry, but I'm about to drop some big numbers.
I say that swat members are only a little better than average supervillain henchmen. All of these characters regularly take on waves of henchmen. In order for swat members to win, they need to be present in extremely large numbers.
1 through 4 are all roughly similar. They can likely take down the average swat member with a single well placed punch. Their stamina is incredible. When the fate of the world is on the line, they can fight for hours. Aim dodging allows them to easily avoid getting shot. Plus, in the world of comic books, no name humans generally have terrible aim, especially when shooting at peak human fighting masters.
I'm going to say they can all take on about 100 swat members.
Daredevil is the first legit superhuman on the list. Though, realistically, all these characters are superhuman by normal human standards. But, Daredevil is a little different. He can take on waves of highly trained assassins. I say Daredevil beats 250 before a random bullet gets him, and he becomes too injured o continue fighting.
I would say Deathstroke is comparable to Daredevil. So, 250 for him as well.
With Spider-Man, things start to get a little absurd. He's significantly stronger and faster than the others on this list. He's also highly intelligent and has access to some advanced technology. I honestly think he could evade a manhunt being conducted by every police officer in New York State. But, he would probably be captured/killed by the National Guard if they put all their effort into going after him. A Google search tells me that New York state has 5,000 police officers, while the National Guard has 450,000 guardsmen. So, the number needed to beat Spider-Man is somewhere between those two. Let's say he can beat about 50,000 swat members.
With Batman, things get truly ludicrous. This is Bat God we're talking. With prep, he can put up a resistance to beings like Superman and other high level superhumans. I understand that he's not supposed to get prep time in this scenario. But realistically, it will be extremely easy for him to avoid capture by even a very large swat team. He just needs to throw some smoke bombs, beat up a bunch of them in the confusion, run away, and then summon the Batplane. From there, he flees to the Batcave and begins making preparations. Now, with access to all his resources, I say he can defeat all the armies of the world working together. He can avoid detection with ease. With his genius intellect, he can out strategize anyone. He can hack satellites and other important military hardware. He has a huge arsenal of advanced weaponry which can defeat anything a conventional military could throw at him. He can maintain a resistance for years. If he wants, he can simply operate as an illegal vigilante and avoid government forces when they show up. If he needs to, he can use his advanced detective skills to dig up dirt on the biggest world leaders and blackmail them into calling off the manhunt.
This breaks the prompt a little bit. You weren't asking about the Prep God. But, Batman only loses if you force him to be stupid and fight people without running away. That's like asking how many people Muhammad Ali could defeat if he's not allowed to dodge. You'd be crippling the character. Realistically, if Batman is caught off guard by a swat team, he will beat up a bunch of them and then run away. Now, he becomes the Prep God, and no military in the world can defeat him.
