Marvel Licensing - Who owns what?

Can anyone help me out here? As far as I know, Sony still owns Spider-Man, and 20th Century Fox owns both X-Men/Wolverine and the Fantastic Four/Silver Surfer.

But does Fox still own Daredevil and Ghost Rider? Does Lionsgate still own Punisher? What about Blade?

I guess what I really want to know is: what other potential franchises in the Marvel Comics sandbox can Marvel Studios use to continue growing their movie universe that are NOT currently owned by other production companies?

Could be wrong, but I think they're working out the licensing on some of those characters. But I believe Marvel owns Spider-Man now, as they're the ones making the new movie (I think).

Fox definitely owns Daredevil right now. Marvel wants to make a new movie.

@JediXMan: Wrong. Sony still has the Spider-Man movie rights... but they had to give up the television rights, resulting in the cancellation of Spectacular Spider-Man.

I said I could be wrong. But there was no need for the hostile approach.
