Cyclops doesn't really get new power nor his power is enhance in any way.its just that he lost his ability to fully control his powers which make it seems to look like too powerful.
When someone speaks about a DC character who deserves a series, there is only one character that first comes in my mind, and that is Cassandra Cain.
I don't think that Grant Morrison ruins Batman as much as i also dont think that Frank Miller has bad writing in All Star Batman and Robin.I think both of them are really great writer with really unique writing style and taste that some people didn't want to accept.
My favorite artist is Chris Bachalo, I know many people hate his art but for me i find his art style unique but not ugly.when it comes to writer, I like Geoff Johns and probably Brian Michael Bendis.
since now we know that Han Solo would appear as an old man, i wonder where will they base the story of episode VII.

Even when a comics is sometimes not really good, readers still buy them anyway because they feel some kind of loyalty to the series.thats why its no wonder that there are series that consistently high in sales even though they are not consistent in quality.
